Andy Marine is a manufacturer specializing in the research and development and production of marine rubber airbags. Marine rubber airbags are specialized inflatable, high-strength cylindrical tools used for launching, hauling, lifting, and transporting vessels up to 10,000+ tons. Constructed from synthetic-tire-cord layers and durable rubber, they provide a flexible, cost-effective, and safe alternative to traditional dock launching methods. If you require marine rubber airbags, please contact us.
Marine rubber airbags refer to marine airbags, shipboard launch balloons, and rubber roller airbags, which are used to protect and assist ships and barges in launching safely.
These marine rubber airbags are manufactured in the shape of balloons, made of rubber, and placed pneumatically on the bottom of the boat under standard working pressure for rolling and transportation.
Using marine rubber airbags for launching is a more economical and labor-saving launching technology. Marine rubber airbags are sometimes used for heavy lifting and salvage in fields such as water supply, marine operations, construction, mining, and oil and gas fields. Since born of marine rubber airbags, it plays a more important role.
• Material: Natural Rubber and Nylon Cord
• Fittings: Inflation Valve, Pressure Gauge, Pulling Ring

• Warranty period: 2 Years
• Certs: ISO9001,CCS, BV, SGS Etc

Marine rubber airbags, primarily composed of our rubber layers and synthetic rope-reinforced rubber layers, are cylindrical airbags with hemispherical heads at both ends. All of these are vulcanized together, and then the internal air is compressed to make it roll.
Outer Rubber
The outer rubber layer protects the cord layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tear strength to withstand any weather condition and hard usage. Standard color is black.
Synthetic-net-cord layer for reinforcement
The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of Synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and to distribute the stress even providing strong efficient reinforcement.
End Fittings
End fittings include air tightness swivel and airbags safety air inlet.
