Andy Marine has established three major production bases in Suqian, Taixing and Qingdao, of which the Taixing plant covers an area of 90 mu, the Suqian plant covers an area of 385 mu, and the Qingdao plant covers an area of 60 mu. The production center currently has 61 experts covering technology, quality, and equipment manufacturing, who are fully responsible for the production and research and development of products and equipment, and the formulation of standards.
The three major production centers currently operate 25 anchor chain production lines, and their core production and testing equipment have been fully automated, including fully automatic unloading equipment, fully automatic temperature-controlled continuous quenching and tempering furnace, fully automatic anchor chain welding and chain making unit, fully automatic tension testing equipment, etc., with strong production and testing capabilities. Andy Marine's self-developed products include marine anchor chains and marine mooring chains with chain diameters of 22MM~200MM. It also produces mooring products such as welded steel plate anchors and steel mooring buoys. At present, the annual production capacity of the production center can reach 500,000 tons, including 400,000 tons of marine anchor chains and mooring chains, and 100,000 tons of mooring buoys and steel plate anchors.
In the next three years, the production center also plans to build 8 new sets of equipment for the development of 280mm large-size marine anchor chains and offshore engineering mooring chains. The center's current products under development also include high-level marine anchor chain AM4, mooring chain R7/R8, mooring buoys, ultra-large holding power offshore anchors, high-strength offshore steel wire ropes, high-strength mooring cables, high-strength offshore castings, etc.

6. The tensile testing machine innovatively adopts a fully automatic control of continuous segmented tension, uses computer software to set the tensile load, records and controls the tensile load curve in real time, and transforms the chain track during the tensile test into an adjustable way, so that each chain link can accurately and evenly bear the load and successfully realize the tensile test of different chains and accessories.
By using fully automatic feeding equipment, fully automatic temperature-controlled continuous tempering furnace, fully automatic anchor chain welding equipment, fully automatic tension testing equipment, etc. to replace manual operation, production errors can be reduced. At the same time, by optimizing welding parameters, the welding quality pass rate has been increased from 95% in the industry to 100%; by optimizing heat treatment processes, the heat treatment pass rate has been increased from 90% in the industry to 100%. Most domestic anchor chain manufacturers conduct tension testing by pulling 27.5 meters at a time. Although this method is very efficient, it can easily cause inconsistent lengths of the anchor chain links at both ends, in the middle and other parts of this section of the anchor chain; and cause uneven force on each link of the anchor chain. Zhongyun Anchor Chain divides the 27.5-meter anchor chain into 6 sections to effectively ensure that each link is evenly stressed and tested in place, ensuring that the length of each link of each section of the anchor chain is consistent.
Zhongyun Anchor Chain's internal control test standard for the tensile strength of anchor chains is about 780MPa, which is higher than the national standard of 690-710MPa.
The national standard for marine grade 3 anchor chains requires that the impact value of the ring back should not be less than 60J and the impact value of the weld should not be less than 50J; while the internal control inspection standard of Zhongyun anchor chain is that the impact value of the ring back should not be less than 200J and the impact value of the weld should not be less than 150J.
