Andy Marine's New Batch of Mooring Buoys has been Successfully Dispatched

Our company's new batch of steel mooring buoys has been successfully dispatched, contributing to the upgrading of Marine engineering equipment.

Recently, a new batch of steel mooring buoys independently developed and produced by our company have completed all the inspection procedures and were successfully loaded and dispatched from the Shanghai Port. They will be transported to the customer's project site, marking a breakthrough in the mass production of key products in the field of Marine mooring equipment for our company and providing hardware support for the development and safe operation and maintenance of China's Marine resources.

This steel mooring buoy is made of high-strength special steel and integrates core technologies such as corrosion-resistant coatings and wind-wave stable structures. It can operate for a long time in extreme environments ranging from -20℃ to 60℃ and is suitable for mooring needs in multiple scenarios including offshore wind power, oil and gas extraction, and Marine environment monitoring. Compared with traditional buoys, its load-bearing capacity has been increased by 30%, its service life has been extended to more than 5 years, and many performance indicators have reached the leading level in the industry.

Since the project was launched, the company has formed a special technical team, overcome technical difficulties such as the control of welding stress of steel and the optimization of sealing structure, strictly followed the ISO 19901 standard for Marine structures and relevant national norms, and completed more than 200 performance tests cumulatively to ensure zero defect in product quality. Before this shipment, the representative of the customer participated in the acceptance process throughout and highly recognized the technological accuracy and performance stability of the buoy.

Next, the company will take this shipment as an opportunity to continuously promote the technological iteration and capacity expansion of steel mooring buoys. At the same time, it will expand overseas markets to provide more efficient and reliable equipment solutions for the global Marine engineering field and contribute to the construction of a maritime power.
