Round Slings: The efficient and safe choice for flexible lifting-part 1

The round sling, also known as the ring-shaped lifting belt or universal lifting rope, is a flexible lifting tool made of high-strength synthetic fibers. It is widely used in modern industrial lifting operations. Its unique ring-shaped structure and multi-layer composite design enable it to outperform traditional steel wires and chains in terms of load-bearing capacity, safety, and applicability, making it an ideal choice for the lifting of precision equipment, heavy components, and sensitive objects.

The round sling is made with high-strength low-extensibility polyester filament (PES) or nylon fibers as the load-bearing core. Through an endless wrapping process, a continuous force-bearing structure is formed. The outside is covered with a double-layer wear-resistant sleeve - the inner layer is an aramid fiber reinforced layer, and the outer layer is a polyurethane or special fabric protective layer. This structure not only effectively disperses stress and prevents local wear, but also gives the sling excellent tensile strength and flexibility. Its safety factor usually reaches 6:1 to 8:1, and some imported products even higher, ensuring stable performance under extreme working conditions.
